Made for the school day

Less searching.
More useful next steps.

Explore the everyday workflows behind MaephorSchool: from a teacher’s first class to a school leader’s assessment review.

Each person, their own workspace

Different responsibilities. A connected school.

For teachers

Start with assigned classes, plan lessons, record teaching, set homework and review student work.

For students

Find your timetable, published learning resources, homework, released assessments and results.

For administrators

Manage the school roster, review coverage and assessment plans, and follow up on attendance and fee work.

For parents

See attendance, academic and fee information for your linked children, according to the school’s setup.

Access depends on the roles, permissions and modules configured for the school.

Workflow 01

Start with today’s classes

A teacher should not have to search through the whole school system to begin the day.

What the workflow includes

  • See assigned classes and a personal timetable
  • Open daily or period attendance from the teaching workspace
  • Find homework and school updates in the same daily routine

Workflow 02

Turn books into a teaching plan

Use the chapter list as a starting point, then adjust it to the school calendar.

What the workflow includes

  • Link a class subject to the appropriate syllabus
  • Suggest chapter dates using teaching periods, timetable and school calendar
  • Review monthly lesson plans and approve the version to use
  • Record taught lessons separately from planned dates

Workflow 03

Plan assessments, then review the details

Select a planning period and subjects to prepare several assessment drafts together.

What the workflow includes

  • Review chapter candidates from planned or recorded teaching
  • Choose unit, practice, mid-term, NEET or KCET practice drafts
  • Check matching questions and resolve shortages before creation
  • Review dates, marks, duration and questions before release

Workflow 04

Give students a useful next step

A student workspace brings together what the school has shared with them.

What the workflow includes

  • Find timetable, homework and published learning resources
  • Open released online assessments and published results
  • Check attendance and profile information without staff-only tools

A real scenario

October assessments, with a review step.

The system can propose the work. Your school decides what is suitable to assess.

  1. 01

    Choose the planning period

Select the month or months, class, sections and subjects for the plan.

  2. 02

    Review the chapter scope

Use the available teaching and planning records, then confirm which chapters are appropriate. A planned lesson is not proof that a chapter has been completed.

  3. 03

    Resolve question gaps

Review matching approved questions, adjust counts or scope, and resolve shortages before creating the drafts.

  4. 04

    Create drafts, then release

Review each assessment’s questions, scoring and dates. Draft creation and student release are separate decisions.

Automation with a human decision

Lesson suggestions and assessment proposals are starting points for school staff to review. They do not automatically prove that teaching is complete, approve questions, or release an exam to students.

Bring a class, a textbook and a planning month. We will show the journey from setup to reviewed assessment drafts.
